The MaxBatch PRO asphalt plants incorporate the standard vibratory deck screening system and a separate drying drum. This solution allows to maintain highest capacities of screening. Large and robust capacity mixers ensure homogenous mixture of all materials. One containerized command system is responsible for precise measurement and control of all the critical production parameters.

MaxBatch Pro provide the value of a stationary mixing plant advantages in terms of performance and output, while still being flexible and allowing quick relocation. These plants are offered in 4 main capacities: 140 TPH, 180 TPH, 260 TPH and 320 TPH. Thanks to their modular construction they are easily expandable to fulfil each customer’s needs.
