The MaxBatch asphalt batching plants are the most convenient solution on the market. Strassmayr put large focus on the economical aspects of everyday use: energy consumption and reliability. Our innovative approach consists of a special drying drum, which shares it’s functionality together with a double screening system. This allows to save energy and lower the daily costs of production and maintenance, while keeping the highest quality of the final product. All of the automatic plant processes are blended together by one containerized control center with a user friendly operating system. Modular construction ensures quick setup and relocation, while additional weatherproof cladding protects the structure against winter, vandalism and theft. All of the cabling between the modules is plug&play in order to decrease the erection time. MaxBatch plants are offered in 4 main capacities: 140 TPH, 180 TPH, 240 TPH and 260 TPH. Wide range of optional equipment is available, including: containerised thermal oil heating systems, RAP/Hot RAP attachments, SMA/Viatop, dye dosing systems, different solutions for hot storage silos, foreign filler systems and many more!
